Bob is a co-founding partner of Eastern Shore Capital Management where he serves as co-portfolio manager of the ESCM Small Cap Equity and Select Equity strategies. Bob brings over twenty five years of investment experience to Eastern Shore and has held senior roles in several firms. Prior to co-founding ESCM he served as a managing director and portfolio manager at FBR Asset management, where he managed the FBR Small Cap and Large Cap funds. Before joining FBR, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Director of Research at Citizens Funds. Prior to joining Citizens, Mr. Barringer served as director and co-portfolio manager at AEW Capital Management. While at AEW, Bob was co-portfolio manager of the AEW institutional separately managed and alternative REIT portfolios. He began his career as a research analyst covering small and mid-cap banks and thrifts at Fidelity Investments. Bob received his B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

James M. O'Brien, CFA

Jim is a co-founding partner of Eastern Shore Capital Management where he serves as co-portfolio manager of the ESCM Small Cap Equity and Select Equity strategies. Prior to co-founding ESCM, Jim served as a member of the investment team for eight years at Moody Aldrich Partners: he began as a Senior Analyst, became an Associate Portfolio Manager in 2007, and was later named the Lead Portfolio Manager on the firm's Small Cap Value strategy. Previously, he was an Equity Research Analyst at Citizens Funds for four years. Prior to that, he was a Financial Analysis Technology Strategist at Primark. Jim's experience also includes Financial Technology Business Development at One Source Information Services, Senior Fund Accountant at Fidelity Investments, and Account Specialist at Boston Safe Deposit & Trust Company. Jim earned a Masters Certificate in Accountancy and a B.S. Degree in Economics and Finance at Bentley University.

Sarah L. Westwood, CFA, CMT

Sarah joined Eastern Shore Capital Management as a partner in March of 2013, and serves as co-portfolio manager of the ESCM Small Cap Equity and Select Equity strategies. Prior to joining the firm from Fidelity Investments, she served on the investment team at Moody Aldrich Partners as an Associate Portfolio Manager from 2008 to 2012. She joined Moody Aldrich following eight years at Putnam Investments, where she served as a Senior Vice President and Analyst on the firm's Strategic Research Team. She began her career as a Research Associate for Harvard Business School, and later joined Cobey, Jacobson, and Gordon, a boutique investment management firm serving high net worth clients. A former Captain, Military Intelligence, U.S. Army Reserve, Sarah served in Baghdad during Operation Iraqi Freedom, 2003-2004. She earned a B.A. degree in English and Art History, Phi Beta Kappa from Wellesley College.

John joined Eastern Shore’s parent company, Moody Aldrich Partners, in 2007 as a Portfolio Administrator and Trading Operations Associate. John has over fifteen years of industry experience and previously worked at State Street Global Advisors in international operations as a Portfolio Accounting Analyst. John began his career at State Street Bank in Boston as a Portfolio Administrator. John earned a B.A. degree in Business from Saint Anselm College.

Bill is a founding partner of Eastern Shore where he assists in the management of non-investment functions and helps develop the business. In 1988, Bill co-founded Eastern Shore's parent company Moody Aldrich Partners (MAP), where he leads the firm's management team and business strategy, including the formation of strategic partnerships and business ventures. Under Bill's leadership, MAP developed a multi-strategy asset management platform which has acquired and nurtured several businesses around differentiated areas of investment expertise. Previously, he was co-founder, President and Chief Investment Officer at Dewey Square Investors, a multi-billion dollar diverse strategy firm that was sold to United Asset Management. Formerly, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Institutional Investment Management at Bank Boston for fourteen years. Bill is a Chartered Financial Analyst and earned a B.S. in Economics from Syracuse University.

Eli S. Kent

Eli is a founding partner of Eastern Shore where he assists in the management of non-investment functions and helps develop the business. Eli joined Eastern Shore's parent company, Moody Aldrich Partners (MAP), in 2002 and has assisted in the development of several strategic partnerships and affiliated business ventures with combined AUM of $2.3 billion. Eli led the sales and marketing effort for the 2003 – 2009 Moody Aldrich Focused Value business venture that resulted in over $1 billion in new assets from consultants, large financial institutions and direct clients. Eli also assisted with the 2012 sale of the Focused Value business to Anchor Capital. Prior to joining MAP, Eli earned an MBA, Magna Cum Laude, from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Finance. Previously, he worked at MFS Investment Management in institutional sales and at Fidelity Investments in institutional client management. He earned a BA in Government and History from St. Lawrence University.

Jennifer is the Marketing and Client Service Associate for Eastern Shore Capital Management. She has over 13 years of industry related experience. Prior to joining Eastern Shore Capital Management, she was the Director of Client Service for seven years at Windham Capital Management in Boston, MA, a risk based, multi-asset class investment manager. Previously, she worked at Cabot Money Management as a Financial Advisor and began her career at Brown Brothers Harriman in Securities Lending. Jennifer is a Certified Financial Planner and holds her B.A. Degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.

Amanda is the Chief Compliance Officer for Eastern Shore Capital Management, which she joined in 2013. She has over 13 years of industry related experience and is currently enrolled in the National Regulatory Services' Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) Program. Most recently, she served as the Marketing and Client Service Associate for Moody Aldrich Partners. During this time she also worked closely with the Chief Compliance Officer, served as back up trader and handled certain portfolio administration functions. For 8 years prior, she worked at Little Harbor Advisors, an investment advisor focused on the development and management of innovative multi-strategy composites. She began her career as a Senior Fund Accountant at Brown Brothers Harriman. She holds a B.A. Degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
